Learning Pods
Spotlight Scholars is built around three specialized learning pods. Families can enroll in individual pods or choose the full day micro-school program (9:00 am - 2:30 pm). After-school is offered separately.

Academic Pod
(Montessori-inspired) 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Our Montessori- Inspired Learning Pod provides a hands-on learning environment that nurtures independence and curiosity. A traditional 3 hour work cycle led by a certified MACTE guide. This pod features individualized lessons tailored to each child’s unique learning style. The immersive environment encourages exploration, problem-solving, and social interaction, while blending practical life skills, language, and cultural studies to inspire a lifelong love for learning.
Nature Pod
12:00pm - 2:15pm
In our Nature Montessori Pod, children step into the great outdoors to engage in botany and biology lessons that immerse them in Florida’s unique environment. Through hands-on activities and explorations, children will develop a deeper understanding of ecosystems and environmental stewardship, sparking curiosity and fostering lifelong love for nature.
STEAM Studio Pod
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
The STEAM Studio Pod at Spotlight Scholars Microschool is an immersive learning experience that blends hands-on STEM activities with guided digital exploration. Developed in partnership with Laissez Fair Tech Studio, the program builds foundational skills in creativity, engineering, problem-solving, and digital literacy.
Students participate in themed mission stations, interactive technology experiences, and collaborative design challenges that prepare them for future-ready learning
